If you’ve been keeping up, you may have heard me make mention of an incursion I was planning in to Washington DC. This is part of a larger plan I am working on, the details of which I must keep scarce for now.
One detail I can disclose is that a longtime listener offered me a secondary base of operations, not far outside the Nation’s Capital. I am down here setting things up at that location, and planned to have things set up sufficiently to broadcast this afternoon.
That plan suffered a setback when the cable company came by to install my Internet connection. Apparently, they confused me with neighbor when I signed up. To give me access through their service, they’ll have to tunnel under the street! That’s going to take 4-6 weeks minimum to accomplish.
The good news is, I can get Internet through another company today for about double the price.
The bad news is, this and other setup tasks have occupied my entire day already. I haven’t been able to prepare for this evening’s scheduled airing of the Outlaw Conservative podcast as a result.
So rather than try to slap something together hastily, I’m going to postpone tonight’s live show. We’ll come back tomorrow with some hot takes on the Democrat debate airing tonight, and some thoughts heading into tomorrow’s Democrat debate.
